Wagner & Associates, Inc., an established broker-dealer specializing in the underwriting of municipal bonds and providing financial advisory services, is seeking an experienced public finance investment banker to join and expand the Firm's client base in our Pleasanton  office.  Candidates should be highly skilled in developing new business, managing tax-exempt bond transactions and maintain a proven client base to expand the Bay Area.  Strong communication, presentation, analytical and business development skills are essential.  Minimum 3 years experience preferred.
