E. Wagner & Associates, Inc. maintains and updates computer hardware and software on a continuing basis in order to keep current with industry standards. Each professional and staff is equipped with the state-of-the-art computer and communications technology. We can communicate with our clients via Internet or direct high speed connections. The firm has access to broad and sophisticated resources to assures that our clients receive precise and accurate market information.

Direct Access to Current Market Sources

Being the Firm is both an investment bank and a financial consulting firm, the Firm has direct access every "trading" day to current market sources through Bond Buyer Wire, other broker/dealers’ trades in the primary and secondary markets, as well as our own trades in the market. In our office, we have direct data feeds providing market information. Munex Online and Stat-USA provides real-time information on Treasury securities’ and open market securities’ rates. We also have access to J.J. Kenny for data on variable rate maturities. The firm utilizes several other resources including The Bond Buyer Online, credit agency report and in-house database of information to access market information. Finally, we have access to all issues in the market through TM3-Thompson Financial Services.

Computerized Capabilities

E. Wagner & Associates, Inc. has made substantial investments in computer technology to ensure that all information, both market and otherwise, can be obtained in both an accurate and timely fashion. We use the latest suite and versions of software on our PCs. The Firm utilizes the MUNEX suite of software to develop current refundings, advance refunding, new issue structures, derivatives, and crossover refundings. We keep an extensive software library to ensure capability with any software our clients use.

Access to the Internet

We have direct Internet access. This gives our Firm access to Internet e-mail and the World Wide Web allowing the Firm the capacity to access online databases that provides comprehensive and fully integrated news, data and analysis exclusively for the municipal securities marketplace.

Competitive Bid Over the Internet

The Firm through I-Deal is offering its clients the ability today to competitively bid their tax-exempt bonds on the Internet. The Firm has much success with this form of electronic bidding and will continue to provide these services to all its clients.
